There are several master degree scholarships provided to international students for MS, MBA and PhD in Netherlands. These master degree scholarships are arranged by various non-profit organizations supported by the Dutch government and by the European Commission. Some of these scholarships are listed below:

Erasmus Mundus Programme: The Erasmus Mundus program aims to improve the quality of higher education in Europe and to encourage cooperation with countries outside europe. The programmes are based in joint association with atleast three European universities.

Libertas Support Fund: The Libertas Support Fund aims for politically engaged students who for political reasons have been detained from education in their own country.

MENA scholarship program: The MENA scholarship program is initiated and fully funded by Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It aims for cooperation and capacity building in six selected countries: Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman and Syria.

Netherlands Fellowship Program (NFP): It offers capacity building and extending relationship with 60 countries to promote education and training of mid-career staff. StuNed Scholarships: This scholarship is for Indonesian students with two years of work experience for master's education, short term courses and training in Netherlands.

Tempus: The Tempus program enables a number of universities across the world to restructure their education system in association with the european union. The program allows universities to offer scholarships to their students for exchange education within the partner universities.

Orange Tulip Scholarship program Taiwan: This scholarship supports promising young graduates from Taiwan to pursue postgraduate degree in various universities in Netherlands.

PhD scholarships in Netherlands
PhD students are considered employees of the particular university and enjoy the status of salaried. The salary for a PhD is generally same for all universities in Netherlands. The pay is 2400 euro gross for the first 2 years and amounts to 2600 euro gross for the final year. The PhD students also enjoys certain other benefits like medical facility, insurance, etc.
